My journey into handmade candle-making began in 2018, when my daughter gifted me a place on a makers workshop. What started as a thoughtful day out soon became a deep passion for creating beautiful fragrances and artisanal gifts. I quickly fell in love with blending scents, hand-pouring candles, and crafting bespoke creations for friends and family.

When the pandemic gave me more time at home, I embraced the opportunity to explore this new passion fully. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Yorkshire Dales and a love of discovering unique aromas, I began developing my own signature fragrance collection. From there, my hand-poured candles and artisan reed diffusers were warmly received at local markets and gift fairs, leading me to partner with like-minded local suppliers who share my commitment to high-quality, sustainable, and vegan-friendly products.

Today, Elm Tree Botanicals offers a growing range of luxury candles, reed diffusers, and natural body care products, including nourishing hand wash and soothing hand & body lotions. Each item is carefully crafted using plant-based wax and premium fragrance oils, with 11 subtle, layered signature scents, plus more exciting fragrances on the way.
